La red social Twitter está arribando a ocho años de existencia. Para celebrarlo, puso a disposición de los usuarios una herramienta que permite conocer cuál fue el primer mensaje que publicó cada tuitero.

En el Blog de la red social se apunta que “en 2006 la gente empezó a expresarse en Twitter utilizando los 140 caracteres. 8 años más tarde, los usuarios han convertido Twitter en la plataforma global para descubrir nuevas ideas, conectar y expresarse. Por eso, en nuestro 8 cumpleaños, te queremos dar las gracias a ti”.

Acotan que “todos los tuiteros -más o menos famosos- tuvieron su comienzo. Para celebrar este cumpleaños, hemos seleccionado los primeros tweets de algunos personajes nacionales e internacionales, pioneros en la utilización de la plataforma, en utilizar imágenes para contar historias, en crear conversaciones o en revelar algún secreto”.

Para descubrir el #PrimerTweet, los usuarios deben ir a la herramienta, así podrán ubicar el nombre de la cuenta  @nombredeusuario ya sea un amigo, cantante, deportista político o compañero.
